All orders placed on the Arya Lush website are processed within 48 business hours.
Delivery Timeframes
- Home Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to product availability, weather conditions, and logistical constraints during peak seasons.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.
International Shipping
Arya Lush ships worldwide. If you are located outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us for specific shipping fees and estimated delivery times for your region.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delay Policy
Due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, and customs delays, estimated shipping times may be affected. Arya Lush strives to meet the expected delivery timeframe but delays may occur.
Extended Timeframe for Late Deliveries
If a package is not delivered within 10 business days beyond the expected delivery timeframe, we offer an additional grace period of 20 business days for the delivery to be completed.
Refund Commitment
Arya Lush guarantees a full refund if your package is still undelivered after this additional 20-business-day grace period. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Even after a refund, if the package arrives later, it will remain the customer's property at no additional cost.
However, this refund policy does not apply if the delay is due to:
- Strikes
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs seizures
- Any other circumstances beyond Arya Lush’s control
