This request constitutes your withdrawal declaration. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Where the value of the product is reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (used product), a corresponding deduction may be applied to the refund. Certain products are not eligible for withdrawal, in particular sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons, and personalised goods.
